The Institute Aims to Achieve the Following Goals

To study the diverse “thoughts and philosophies” of humanity and establish the “intrinsic human values” that will form the foundation of the movement for reforming the “quality of humanity.”

To create narratives—“intrinsic human thought (stories)”—that communicate these values in an accessible and compelling way.

To compile the “intrinsic human values” and “intrinsic human thought (stories)” into a comprehensive “Universal Human Text (Sacred Text),”** and to present it as a fundamental textbook for nurturing the hearts of all people across the world.

To disseminate these research globally and call for the launch of a major international movement for the reform of the quality of humanity.
For example: to position this initiative as a key objective within the United Nations–led framework of the next (post-)SDGs.

To propose the establishment of an “International Institute” to support this global reform movement, along with the implementation of the following research activities: Research Activities:
(1) To examine the contents of the “intrinsic human values,” the “intrinsic human thought (stories),” and the “Universal Human Text (Sacred Text),” and to conduct research toward their recognition as universal international norms for humanity. (2) To establish an educational arm within this International Institute to conduct the following activities: ① To invite next-generation national leaders from around the world into a residential learning environment, providing them with enlightenment and education so that, in the future, all nations may govern on the basis of “shared human values,” actively promote the reform of the quality of humanity, work toward United Nations reform, and ultimately contribute to the creation of a World Federation.

  • To receive selected teachers from each country, nurture them into outstanding spiritual leaders, and send them back to their homelands. In this way, the Institute will ensure that the reform of the quality of humanity is steadily and continuously implemented in every country.

United Nations University “Institute for the Reform of the Quality of Humanity” (tentative name)

Proposed Locations:

The Kingdom of Bhutan (within the developing “Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC)”)
